So the girl, Courtney Stodden, in this video is 16 years old. She just recently got married to 51 year old Doug Hutchison known for such roles as Percy Wetmore in the film Green Mile, and Horace Goodspeed in Lost. What the fuck?

Seriously how a man even meet a 16 year old? I can’t even imagine what one would do with a 16 year for a date. It’s like activities and places to go is severely limited.

By the way this song and video does not help the situation.

Idgaf, I liked the first episode

I must check this out. I’m out of shows to watch since Lost ended.

I was one of those people who never got into Lost (which I totally should have…that kind of show is right up my alley).  But The Event, while a bit…mmm far-reaching at times, is good so far, IMO.

Also, 14 minutes into the 2nd episode, some answers were kind of given (I’m 14 minutes into the episode lol), and I appreciate that.  I hate jut having stuff go on and on and never getting any answers.

Lost is great, but it is notorious for not giving out answers. Watching it straight through now that is on DVD would make it more tolerable; if you hate not getting answers. But, following on a week to week, and season to season, basis was torture. It knew how to leave you hanging. Though, not that bad if one is familiar with the themes, and ideas it was presenting.

But, I’m going to watch the first episode of The Event right now and see what I think of it.

It was brilliant. And get to see a small glimpse of the Ben and Hurley exploits in a epilogue that comes with the season 6 DVD/Blu-Ray at the end of the month.

Most of those were answered if you were paying attention. The maker of this video obviously was not paying attention. The rest are not important to the story or just nit picking; asking a question just to be asking a question. The equivalent of watching Star Wars and asking “why is Luke Skywalker’s father’s lightsaber blue?”

A lot the characters are flawed. Some more than others.

Jack pisses me off because he is Jack. Kate gets on my nerves because she is Kate. Locke is a fucking pathetic boob.

Desmond and Hurley are probably the best out of the whole bunch. Desmond is the fucking chosen one though.

LOST is on until 10 tonight. My bed time is usually between 8 and 9. Do I stay up and watch it? I can’t decide!

Hulu or ABC.com will have it up the next morning. The first hour episode is amazing though. I say if you can stay up.
